Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Friday will usually be processed the following Monday.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. The usual delivery time varies from 1 to 3 working days. We will contact you in case of an additional delay. The cost of delivery is $10 anywhere in Quebec (except very remote areas such as
iles-de-la-madeleine and fermont) and $15 for the Maritimes and Ontario.

Delivery is free with purchases of $125 or more (except remote areas).

In the event of an error on our part concerning the choice of your products or in the case of a damaged product at the time of its reception, Lily Vögue undertakes to bear the totality of the delivery costs for this merchandise, as well as reshipping costs. With the exception of this case mentioned, the customer is fully responsible for the shipping costs during any product return.

To make an exchange, a credit note or obtain a refund, please contact us first by email at info@lilyvogue.ca indicating the reason for the exchange or refund. Please indicate on a note inside the package your name, telephone number and your order number.

We will communicate with you quickly if necessary, but in general the refund will be made automatically within 3-5 days following receipt of the return.

Lily Vögue accepts returns in store. However, if the return is made by post or other courier, no refund will be
made if the goods arrive damaged or never reach their destination. Delivery charges are non-refundable.


Any request for return or refund must be made at the latest fifteen (15) days after the date of receipt of the goods.

The returned item must still bear its sales tags, never have been worn, nor smell of cigarette smoke, nor washed, deteriorated or altered in any way.
