The returns
If the item(s) you purchased in-store or online do not meet your expectations, there is no need to worry. Below you will find more information about our return and exchange policy.
Sales:
Sale items with a discount greater than 30% are considered final sale and are not exchangeable or refundable.
Orders placed online can be returned by mail or in store. See below for more information on how to return by mail.
To obtain a full refund, the return must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be in new condition, with tags and in their original packaging.
A return fee of $10 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of return of an item purchased online in our store, the refund will be made online directly to the payment method used.
Notes: the customer is responsible for shipping costs, except in the case of a defective item. Shipping with a tracking number is highly recommended.
We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of a package.
The exchanges
Our exchanges can now be done online or in-store (previously we only accepted in-store exchanges). Follow the link below to start your online exchange.
A $5 fee will be charged for online exchanges.
To note : at this time, we do not accept international returns or exchanges.

Enter your order number and zip code to retrieve your order.

You can reuse the original packaging or use any other suitable packaging. If you are reusing the packaging, please remove the original shipping label or cover it with your return label.

Please write your order number inside the package.
- Drop off your return package at a Canada Post outlet.
- A return fee of $10 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The return will be processed within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of the package.
Note:
If your return is sent outside the return period and the above conditions are not met, Lily Vogue reserves the right to refuse the return. Return processing will be at our discretion, in which case your item may be donated to a local organization or discarded without refund.
